If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I did my research on different remediation companies and met with a few of them including Kevin. I knew after meeting Kevin that I would be in good hands if I went with him and I am SO glad that I did. He is a wonderful communicator, and he is extremely knowledgeable with a ton of experience in the remediation world. The mold has been completely remediated, and my home is healthy again! I had a great experience working with Kevin and I would highly recommend. He goes over and above and is worth every penny!!

I can't say enough good things about Kevin Renner and Big Easy Restorations. This was a full home remediation of a 3,500 square foot home with mold in every exterior wall after Hurricane Ian. Kevin was beyond amazing throughout the entire process. He answered all my questions from the time he was hired until the rebuild was complete. While not the cheapest option, his work was worth every penny. His communication was outstanding, keeping us informed every step of the way. If you don't want to chance a remediation team missing mold or not doing a thorough job, then Big Easy is the right choice. I've heard so many people go through mold nightmares, only to be back in the same place a year later because the remediator didn't do a thorough job. Kevin and his team would never let this happen. Kevin’s staff was very respectful and even took the time to chat with our kids during their lunch breaks (when we were on the property.) Kevin was extremely helpful in how they reverse-engineered taking everything apart to find the root cause of the mold. This was incredibly helpful for insurance purposes. The photos and professionalism were invaluable in our case with our public adjuster and insurance. I am so grateful we didn't go with the cheaper estimates. Peace of mind is priceless.
