ADU Water Fire Mold Storm

***After speaking with Javier from corporate, everything was situated and went smoothly from there. THANK YOU JAVIER FROM CORPORATE!!! *** NIGHTMARE experience.. Aaron deserves a negative star review. Continuously lied on MULTIPLE occasions about the work/the timeline of everything getting done. Ripped up carpet, took out our AC (in the middle of a heat wave in FL while we have a 1 year old and animals in the house), and expected us to be perfectly fine staying there. House got up to 100° at one point and Aaron took his sweet time promising/speaking for other companies that things would get done. After a month and a half with working with him, he still continues to lie about whats going on with our house. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. The workers (besides Aaron) were great and deserve a 5 star rating but the supervisors?? They dont deserve the job they have. At all.

Gloria from ADU was very helpful and courteous. She asked all the right questions and will be dispatching an inspector to visit and give me a free estimate. Great customer service and if this is an indication of the service I will be receiving from ADU, I will no doubt use them. Thank you.

Megan and her team made what would be a nightmare experience for any home owner a manageable event and went above and beyond to help us. Immediately coming to our rescue for an emergency plumbing damage event and bolting into action to begin cleanup and prevent further damage. I couldn't have asked for a better team of people to guide us through such a challenging situation. I highly recommend ADU as I feel they are honest and a contractor you can trust to put your best interests first.

This company was unknown to me prior to being recommended by the plumbing firm we regularly use. I only wish I had known about them when we had the need for water damage restoration at our home. I couldn't have been more pleased and impressed with Devante. Not only did he thoroughly investigate, but was able to diagnose the problem (that will require plumbing services to be repaired). If ever we have a need for the kind of work they do, my first call would be to ADU.

Janese was a pleasure to speak to, she provided me plenty of details regarding how the inspection would go and sent me a confirmation immediately. I also had to reschedule and there were no issues doing so, happy so far! Will update review once inspection is complete.
