This is my 3rd time using Ace Plumbing and again, had an okay experience. Patrick the technician showed up 10 minutes early, was professional, personable and very tidy. He did a bit of troubleshooting and after changing out the cartridge to a new one that we provided and the touch sensor, had the faucet back up and running. Less than an hour after after he left we noticed dripping under the sink, so we phoned him and asked him to come back. He did about 2 hours later, but then stopped not 5 minutes in because he remembered he “had another call”, he promised to return the next day and left. The following day he messaged from another job site that he was “not going to be able to make it today” and could we schedule for another day. That really didn’t sit well, we had already been without a kitchen faucet for 5 days. After phoning Ace, they asked if another technician would be okay and we said yes. Jeff arrived and got to work. He determined that Patrick had over tightened the cartridge and broke it. We had to order a new one ($60) , so we did and it arrived 2 days later. Finally, on the third return trip attempt, Jeff was able to finesse the new cartridge in so that it fit as it was supposed to, with no leaks. Jeff was great, very personable, friendly and very patient in working with the new cartridge and making sure we had no leaks. It wasn’t the best experience with Ace if I’m being honest, but both technicians were very nice. We were also given a break on the pricing, so at least that was something. And the faucet works fine again.

My water heater suddenly stopped working and I called Ace Plumbing since they received good reviews and Ive seen their vans around the neighborhood. They were able to send someone out right away, within 30 mins on a Saturday afternoon! Unfortunately for me, it was a unique issue that required me to replace my water heater but Ace took care of it! After going out to get the new water heater, Dominic came back and finished the replacement within an hour and a half. I did have to call them back out to properly connect my radiant system but they did that quickly and free of charge. It wasn’t cheap at $2600 but they gave me a small discount and the quick service and peace of mind was well worth the money.

I would highly recommend Ace Plumbing & Rooter - I had a great experience from my initial phone call with Inez, working with Mario L and Israel, and paying the final bill. On Sunday, I woke up to find a black pipe in my crawl space dripping. I took a picture and went to my ChatGPT app on my phone and entered in what I was observing. ChatGPT provided a few potential reasons for the problem and offered to connect me with a plumber that serviced my area - San Francisco. I entered in my zip code and Ace Plumbing & Rooter came up. I called at 8:30am and was greeted by a live friendly person - Inez. She listen to my problem (calmed me down) and scheduled Mario L to come to my residence. He arrived 30 minutes later, took a look at my leaking pipe, and explained to me the problem and how Ace could fix it for me. Given it was a Sunday, he needed to have another set of hands, but cleaned up the area and prepared it for the following day. Mario L and Israel came to my house within the estimated time frame, were extremely professional, again walked me through the solution and fixed my pipe. They were extremely knowledgable and did an excellent job. I then experienced great customer service with the back office when I paid the final bill. As I told Mario L and Israel, "Thank you, I appreciate your help, but I hope I don't see you both for a while" :) - but if I run into another problem and need a plumber, Ace will be my first call!

Very good service! I called up Ace asap for a drain pipe cleaning. Eric responded swiftly,and assessed other issues as well. He snaked the pipe and cleared the clutter. Bad way to start my new year but appreciate Ace for the hard work and dedication during the holidays! 5 stars all day!! Thanks Eric 👍
