Accent American are absolutely the best carpet cleaning business in our area. They are courteous, professional and do an outstanding job. My carpets were stained and dirty before they came including a juice stain that was over 6 months old that no matter how hard I scrubbed I couldn’t get clean. Ken, went over and beyond and got my carpets looking like new. I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone needing a great company to clean your carpets.

Ken and Lisa at Accent American were referred to us by a friend over 15 years ago. Since then, Accent American is the only company we have used for cleaning upholstered furniture and area rugs. They have taken care of our furniture and rugs both on site at our home and also offsite at their remote facility, with great results. Ken is not only an expert at what he does, he truly cares about his work, the products he uses, industry developments, etc. Lisa is really responsive and professional with all administrative matters (prompt scheduling, invoicing, payment, follow up, etc.) They are a phenomenal team, have always been there when we needed them. Thankfully, we have never needed them for fire / water restoration, but if we ever needed that service, we would call Ken and Lisa.
