John was really helpful to get us started with the project and made sure to keep everything on time. Any questions I have had have been explained professionally and with precision. Also,Tara from the office was also super helpful and helped me schedule everything and keep everything organized, and even helped me schedule months after the initial visit, and ensured that our process was streamlined and efficient. Lorenzo and his team worked really hard and really fast on our two bathrooms, and they did a really wonderful job. They went above and beyond, matching our paint for drywall that needed to be replaced, painting our ceiling with precision, and even cleaning my mirrors and windows thoroughly. I found the whole team super helpful, diligent, and expert; I would recommend them.

Truly a wonderful company to work with. The AMC Team helped remediate and restore our property. They were very thorough, responsive, and timely in their work and they did a great job helping us navigate the remediation/restoration process. I was impressed by their communication throughout the entire process as well as the extra-mile they go to ensure your property is fully restored. Truly honest, high-character professionals. I'm very thankful for their service and highly recommend to anyone who needs remediation/restoration work.

Full disclosure: I didn't end up using AMC's physical restoration services, but I felt compelled to write this review because of Brian's incredible customer service. During a stressful and panicked remediation emergency, I found Absolute Maintenance & Consulting. Brian was quick to respond, exceptionally kind, and gracious with his time. Although he couldn't get a team to my location that same day, he offered to jump on a video call to assess the damage remotely. In a crisis, having an expert willing to guide you--even if they aren't the ones on-site--is invaluable. If this is how Brian treats people before he's even hired, I can only imagine the quality of work he provides on the job. Highly recommended for his professionalism and empathy.

I don't usually write reviews, but Absolute Maintenance and Consulting truly earned it. From the moment I called, the team was incredibly kind, honest, and easy to work with. The owner personally checked in several times and made me feel like more than just a customer more like a friend which is the kind of energy I like to work. Everyone on the staff was professional, efficient, and had such a cool, positive attitude. Even though we haven't fully solved the leak issue yet, they went above and beyond giving me multiple insights and possible sources of the problem. It's rare these days to find a company that genuinely cares and puts in this much effort. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for real professionals who actually listen and help.
