Please call 911 for all you’re restoration issues. This is the second time I have had water damage, and my property was left completely dry, free of mold, disinfectant, and preventive treatment. Do not put it off handle it immediately. The crew was very courteous and informative, and made the areas livable while the project is drying. With my baby girl in the house my wife felt comfortable and safe.

We had a leak in our backyard faucet which led to an interior wall water damage in our bathroom and in our closet. I called the team at 911 Restoration of Dallas and had a great experience. When I called the owner, he was very patient and respectful listened to our concerns and immediately dispatched his team. They let us know the window they’d arrive and they came within that time frame. Within a few minutes, they were at work. I was very impressed by the crew they are very knowledgeable about water damage and mold remediation and they do a very clean job. They also made sure the area was accessible so I could still get to my closet. I recommend the 911 restoration of Dallas. They are a wonderful team who know what they’re doing.

I used 911 restoration as a recommendation on behalf of my mold inspector. The workers seemed to be doing a good job, but when they came to take down the containment area today (which was my primary closet with access to the crawlspace, where the mold was), they stole a very personal necklace from me. It was very accessible to them (It looks expensive but isn't that expensive, and is my son's name on a nameplate), and there was more jewelry that could've been taken but was hidden so I'm sure they didn't want to go digging. They had a new team member here today to help take down, who I had never seen before and I believe it was him as the others had been around my property all week. 911 restoration is cooperating and I have filed a police report but all that to say, don't use this company in case you get the same workers.

Being a first time home owner and within the first month finding water damage that wasn't in the inspection was a scary feeling. The crew that came to my house and did all the work to remove the damage (Emilio, Joe, David, and Bryan) did a fantastic job and were extremely kind in my interactions with them when I had questions. Beyond that, their pricing for the work was extremely competitive. I would happily recommend them to anyone who needed remediation work done.
