we worked with restoration 360 to remediate and rebuild after storm surge from hurricane Helene. We’ve never gone through anything like this before so we appreciated the time they took to walk us through the insurance process and help us manage the rebuild. We got to know their workers during the process and we appreciated their hard work and willingness to make things right. Everything turned out beautiful and we are so happy to be home again.

360 Restoration & Construction came to our rescue following the unexpected flood from Hurricane Milton on October 10th. It was a complete tear out after sitting in 2 feet of water for 3 weeks. Josh successfully worked with our insurance adjuster achieving a quick and successful payout. Following the tear. out, the 360 Restoration construction team rebuilt our home. The quality of the work by the team is excellent. After 9 long months, we are now back in our home. Without Josh’s knowledge and expertise, I firmly believe we would not have had the successful payout from our insurance carrier.

360 is a reputable and honest contractor. Their prices for work are reasonable and any errors in workmanship are quickly resolved. They are easy to work with and their employees are caring and many times go above and beyond. I highly recommend their business!

We've lived in our waterfront home for 26 years, and it flooded for the first time by hurricane Helene. We had no idea what to do or how to get started. A friend gave us a contact who would know a restoration contractor. They recommended 360 Restoration and Construction. Josh, one of the owners quickly came over and gave us specifics on tasks we needed to do to get started, like calling a moving company to get our contents out. Josh provided a scope and price for the remediation, and our flood insurance adjustor told me it was the best proposal that had come out of our area. We were so happy to hear that and moved forward with 360. Cleyton, another owner managed the remediation and was at our property most days. We really liked that they had their own crew when other companies didn't. They were timely in completing the work per scope and cost. Ana owner and contractor for the rebuild was amazing. We reviewed the rebuild proposal in detail and made adjustments to fit our needs. She offered great suggestions from a design standpoint, such as how to cost efficiency rebuild our texturized walls to blend with our coastal redesign vision. She met with us several times making suggestions and getting our approval on door styles, fixtures etc before ordering. This made the whole process timely and seamless. Pleasantly surprised that she came by several times per week to check the work and see if we were happy. The whole team was great, management oversight was beyond expectations. We're back in our home and so happy that we found 360 Restoration and Construction to help us through this experience and rebuild our house with quality and kindness.

360 Restoration installed a waterproof front door to our apartment. They came on time and did a beautiful job. They also made sure the work area was clean when they finished. The final price was even a little lower than the original quote. I can highly recommend this company.
