Thursday night we had an unexpected sewer backup which flowed out of the commode onto the floor and into the laundry room, an office & den. Finally through a wall and into our shop & storage area. It was shocking to say the least!

First it should be couple weeks job which turned into months. What’s really not acceptable is that in their quote it’s supposed to cover everything but they told me their job is done without putting back carpet pad where it was cut out
