Jacob and his team were just awesome. Not rude. They answered all my questions. This is very traumatic but they talked me through everything. Sad to lose so many things that I had since I was a teenager. But they always showed me why & where the damage was. I am very pleased with the job they had to tackle.

Sewage in your basement is never a good experience but Jeff and his crew were not only extremely professional, but took care of the issues on a human level as if it were their own home. They were fast and efficient. We enjoyed every one of them and felt at ease having them in our home.

Not all main water line breaks are as bad as 67th & Pacific, but mine was close. Thank heavens for Lathe and his team! I couldn't imagine where to start and within a couple of hours my damaged items were removed so the drying could begin.
