SERVPRO of Ft Wayne

Very poor experience! The work they did removing the water was fine. They never returned to put carpet back down or put baseboards back on, once they received payment from me. I was unbale to get a call back from anyone for the last 4 week.

We had a house fire back in December 2025 that was very minor. The fire was under the floorboards stemming from some heat tape that luckily had burned through a water pipe and put itself out. The fire department had to get through the floor
