SERVPRO of Bartlett/Cordova

I can’t say enough great things about Servpro Bartlett and their team. From start to finish, the entire process of getting my home put back together was handled with professionalism, urgency, and genuine care.

I want to thank the SERVPRO pack-out team for the excellent job they did at my home during the water restoration process. The entire crew was professional, respectful, and worked very efficiently while handling my belongings with care.

Martin Fabila and his team specifically Jonny, Alex, Valentina and Margarita were excellent. Martin has been super responsive, easy to work with and answered all of our questions. They walked us through each step of the process and were very helpful.

I am still waiting on Servpro to replace a window they broke during a packout. I can't get managers to return phone calls about the window. They did a good job of fixing things but the pack out and pack in were very unprofessional. Boxes

Raul and Mariangel were the utmost professionals. They came during Thanksgiving after a water pipe from the water heater bust and flooded two floor. Their service transcend language and culture. If you get this crew consider yourself in the best of hands.

We had a tree crush part of our house during the recent storms. Serve-Pro came out to check for damage in the surrounding rooms and was on top of everything. Javier and Eddy came every day to check on things and get it taken care of. They
