Ramm Water Damage Restoration and Mold Remediation

I was looking for mold and water damage services in the Escondido area so I called Ramm Restoration and they performed a free inspection the next day (They made it really easy to set up an appointment though the phone) The walls in one of the rooms in the house were moist and a little damp. The title floor also felt wet. Additionally, I also noticed that a few items in my closet had moldy spots. Thanks to Bill Quackenbush I was able to get peace of mind. He was very thorough and took moisture readings of the walls and floors. He also did an infrared scan of the room and checked for possible water issues inside and outside the room. Thankfully it was just a small issue with there simply being more moisture retention in the room than normal. Bill recommend using a dehumidifier and humidity detector to maintain moisture levels at a normal range. He was very educational and professional. I felt that I learned a lot listening to his recommendations and really appreciated his expertise. Overall, I had a great experience. Bill was highly knowledgeable and really nice and honest. I appreciate that he was very objective in his assessment and that I never felt pressured that he was just out to sell a service since my particular issue had a simple fix without the need for any serious work. I asked about other services like potentially having an air quality testing and he was very honest and transparent about the pricing which I really appreciate. I highly recommend Ramm Restoration for any water and mold services and although I did not need any services this time I will definitely be contacting them for future services because of how knowledgeable they are and their thoroughness.

Ramm Restoration was absolutely on top of it , they had a whole team come in quick and tackle dealing with the flood damage in my home . I strongly recommend using RAMM restoration, coming from a man of trade work myself .
