I called on May 1, 2025 and their project manager, John, was at the property that same afternoon. He clearly explained every step, kept us informed throughout, and managed the entire process with professionalism and care. The crew took care of everything — damage removal, drying, drywall, repainting. John even met with my insurance agent to let him into the property when I and my tenant couldn’t, reinstalled an access panel, helped me coordinate with our plumber and tenant, and fixed a small flooring issue.
