We had a water loss at 2 a.m. and needed someone to respond quickly. We had never used Elite before, but a friend referred them, so we gave them a call and they answered right away. They had a crew at our home within an hour.

Last month at one of my properties we had a unit that needed extracted and Elite was on top of it! They responded quickly + were on scene within the hour. Tyler came by daily to check on the drying process. We were very impressed by the overall service and will be using Elite in the future 😊

Patrick and team were incredible! They arrived 20 minutes after I called and quickly mitigated my water issue. They came over every day to check on the status of drying my carpet as well as my ceiling. Exceptional customer service!!!

I had a water leak in basement and needed the landing at bottom of stairs replaced. Patrick came the same day to inspect and gave me a fair price. Javier Aquino replaced the subfloor, encapsulated the stair landing and wall behind the stairs. I was very happy with the results.
