Dry Ally did my mitigation for a small flood from my dishwasher, they were quick, helpful, and knew a lot about insurance as well. Gary and BJ were both awesome and helped me through the issues and even talked with insurance on my behalf at times. I appreciate the work they did and would use them again.

Dry Ally was very easy to work with. They were professional and attentive to our needs. BJ showed up shortly after my call and stayed until late that night making sure our wet basement began drying out quickly. Highly recommend!

Emergency response was great—they had a team out within the hour and I was looking forward to working with them. Unfortunately they ghosted me for an estimate. I was told it would be sent in 24-48 hours, "but likely this evening." After two days had passed, I followed up twice via phone, then gave up. No response after over a week.
