Mathew and Jen were on time, respectful of our home and very pleasant. The carpet looks great on day 2 and even better on day 3. We have berber carpet and I was concerned when I saw 8 or 9 ripples after the cleaning. Brad told me it will flatten in 48-72 hours as it dries and he was right. The carpet lays flat now and looks great!

Requested inspection and potential service with a bathroom mold issue. Dylan Davis went out in a timely manner took care of everything and had photos and a report delivered as well. Great professional, helpful service. I completely recommend their company!

Brad did an excellent job on our carpeting and area rugs. There were several spots on both the area rugs and the carpeting and he managed to get them all up. In addition he was friendly and personable. We will definitely use Creative Carpet Care again.
